Ivy Z. Greaner, Managing Partner for Ram and the Company’s Chief Operating Officer has been involved in both retail management and commercial real estate since 1978. Ms. Greaner began her real estate career in 1985 in South Florida, where she specialized in the marketing and development of residential properties. Prior to entering the real estate business, Ms. Greaner managed several retail operations. In 1988, she joined a Miami-based commercial real estate firm and developed several locations for national retailers throughout Florida. In 1999, she merged her firm with Ram and was responsible for overseeing the retail division of the Company. She earned recognition in 2005 as one of Florida Real Estate Journal’s Top Women in Florida Commercial Real Estate. Ms. Greaner holds active real estate broker licenses in Florida and Michigan.
