The Mark at Cityscape, a 208-unit apartment complex in Boca Raton, is expected to open early next year. Palm Beach Gardens-based Ram Realty Services is building the 12-story tower at the southeast corner of Federal Highway and Palmetto Park Road. The building will feature 18,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Rents for studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom units are estimated to range from about $1,400 to $2,900. In November, Ram started construction on the 85-unit Alexander Lofts at Fern Street and South Dixie Highway in downtown West Palm Beach. The building formerly was a regional home for Southern Bell. Ram announced last week it has selected artist and designer Tristan Eaton to create a mural at Alexander Lofts. Eaton’s mural, a tribute to Alexander Graham Bell, will cover 7,000 square feet of wall space on the eastern side of the six-story building at 326 Fern St. It’s expected to be complete in April, and the complex is scheduled to open in December.
