Ram Adds California Closets to Midtown Palm Beach Gardens

California Closets is relocating its Jupiter Design Studio to a new home on Mainstreet at Midtown in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

California Closets has served the Northern Palm Beaches, the Treasure Coast, and the Space Coast areas for over 30 years and has been locally owned and operated since 1986. They provide a broad range of organizational design solutions for the home, office, media room, garage, & kitchen.

“We are excited about our new location at Midtown. Being on PGA Boulevard centrally locates us in the heart of our customer base,” said Dawn Greener, president of California Closets. She added, “the new Midtown design studio and showroom will feature many new product displays, including new upscale contemporary designs and eco-friendly elements.” The expert design team individually has from six to 22 years experience with custom storage solutions. They are highly skilled at creating the perfect design solution for the individual customer’s unique space.

California Closets new location will be open Monday through Saturday, beginning in mid-June 2012. A grand opening celebration will follow in the fall.

ADW Moves to the Design Center

ADW Architects has signed a lease for 8,298 square feet in the Design Center of the Carolinas.

The firm plans to move there from 1401 W. Morehead St., where it occupies approximately 15,000 square feet.

Robert Lauer Jr., a partner at ADW, says in a statement that the character, feel and history of the Design Center made it a good match for the firm, which specializes in architecture, planning and interior design. ADW’s recent local projects include Dilworth Elementary School, Carmel Baptist Church, Calvary Church Life Center and Charlotte Fire Station No. 39 on Providence Road.

ADW was represented by Charles Jonas, formerly of Trinity Partners but now with Jones Lang LaSalle. Florida-based Ram, which owns the property, was represented by Meredith Dickerson of Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA.

Commercial Real Estate Veteran Laura Lynch to Lead Ram’s Leasing Team

Ram has named Laura Lynch Vice President of Leasing. In her new role, Ms. Lynch will be responsible for overseeing the commercial leasing of Ram’s retail centers and office buildings, while continuing her strong tenant relationships. Additionally, she will provide leadership and direction to Ram’s retail leasing team.

“As the Ram portfolio of commercial properties continues to grow throughout the Southeastern states, the addition of a leader with Ms. Lynch’s comprehensive experience in commercial leasing, both with national and local tenants, will greatly enhance Ram’s ability to meet the needs of our value-add strategy of acquiring shopping center notes and properties”, said Ivy Greaner, Ram’s Chief Operating Officer.

Ms. Lynch is a Member of International Council of Shopping Centers and Broward Commercial Real Estate for Women. She is actively involved with Gilda’s Club foundation, Domestic Violence against Women, and the Humane Society. Ms. Lynch will be based out of Ram’s Ft. Lauderdale office.
