Ram announced today the promotion of Karen Geller and Robert Skinner to senior management positions. Ms. Geller has been promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel. She will be responsible for legal representation, risk management, due diligence and oversight of SEC compliance for the Company. Mr. Skinner has been designated as President of Commercial Development. In this capacity he will oversee the development and construction of all commercial projects for the company.
Ms. Geller joined the company in 2005 as Vice President and General Counsel. Ms. Geller was previously with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A., specializing in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions and financing. Ms. Geller received her B.A. Degree in Accounting from Florida International University and her J.D. Degree from the University of Miami.
Mr. Skinner graduated with a B.S. degree in Building Construction, and an M.A. degree in Real Estate, from the University of Florida. Prior to joining Ram in 2000, Mr. Skinner worked at Boulder Venture (Tampa, Florida) for six years as the Vice President of Development for all retail projects.
